Before completing your order on his website please download the SIGNAL app via SIGNAL.ORG to your desktop or on your phone via Google Play or the App Store. After you’ve completed your order, contact us via the SIGNAL app at 332-250-5897. Alternatively, if you do not want to leave your personal information on this website, please take a screenshot of your shopping cart order and send to us via the SIGNAL app and we will follow up with the confirmation.

You can place your order at ANYTIME however deliveries will only be completed during our regular delivery hours (see below)

REGULAR DELIVERY HOURS/DAYS: Tuesday – Sunday : 10am – 7pm

Any orders submitted after 4pm cannot be guaranteed as Same Day Delivery…but we will do our best. All delivery confirmations will be communicated via the SIGNAL app.

SHIPPING
We offer two shipping options: Fedex Overnight: $40 with $100 minimum order or USPS priority 3-5 day delivery for $15 with a $150 minimum order.

Please choose your shipping options at checkout.  We will not be shipping out items on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Overnight shipping orders will go out Tuesdays though Fridays Shipping orders must be paid only via Venmo.

RETURN POLICY

In the case that a product is damaged, you may request a replacement or credit within 24 hrs of delivery. Please check your order promptly upon receipt and review the state of your delivery, otherwise we may not be responsible for its condition and a return might not be possible.

If your delivery is missing an item or the wrong product was delivered, please contact us and we will re-deliver as soon as possible.

Please take a photo of the damaged or mis-delivered product and send to us via the SIGNAL app along with you Order Confirmation number.
